Sanitary security and protection measures against Covid-19

GENERAL

• The use of a mask is mandatory.
• For your safety, stay 6 feet apart.
• Use the disinfectant gel in the areas designated for this purpose.
• The handbags or backpacks must have a maximum size of 30x30 cm.
• It is not allowed to enter with food or drinks.

VISITOR ROOMS AND ROOMS

• Please follow indications and signs for circulation
• Respect the capacity indicated for each room or activity, located in visible places at the entrance of each space.
• Do not touch the works and elements on display, nor the surfaces of display cases, pedestals and labels.
• The use of the elevator is limited to one person at a time, except in the case of those accompanying dependents.

LIBRARY-DOCUMENTATION CENTRE

• Please notice that remote access to the Library-Documentation Centre is available.
• All in-person consultation services to researchers, by appointment only until further notice.

SERVICES

• The  Restaurant-Cafeteria is open during regular business hours.
• Toilets, adapted toilets and baby changing unit are available on the ground floor.
• Guide dogs are allowed.

INFORMATION

• Check the information about the exhibitions and activities in the QR codes accessible in each room or transit space.
• Follow the instructions of the museum staff, available for any questions, queries or additional information.
